Book a consultation with our party planner by submitting our form online.

After your consultation, secure your party date by paying the deposit on our website (link provided after consultation).

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
We do all the work! We deliver, set up and style each teepee or tent. The next day we will pick up all equipment, launder the linens and disinfect the remaining items. Please refer to our themes page to see what is included in each standard package.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Southern Slumbers will deliver within 30 miles of zip code 30310. Anything outside of 30 miles will have an additional travel fee.  Please contact us for details.  We reserve the right to decline due to distance. 

 

WHAT IS REQUIRED FROM ME AFTER MY PARTY IS BOOKED?
Southern Slumbers is a full-service party planning company.  Once your booking is confirmed, all we need you to do is invite the guests and clear the space for our arrival on the day of your party.  You are expected to provide your own food and/or goodie bags and naturally your guests will need to bring their own sleepwear and pillows.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SETUP AND TAKE DOWN?
Please allow 1.5 – 2.5 hours for set-up and approximately 45 minutes for take down.

 

CAN YOU STAY AND HOST THE SLEEPOVER TOO?
I certainly appreciate the invite but we do not stay to host.  No worries, we'll make sure that everything is setup to perfection for the ultimate sleepover experience.

 

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE TENTS?

HOW SOON SHOULD I REQUEST A BOOKING FOR MY SLEEPOVER?
Honestly the sooner you can secure your date, the better because our weekends are booked fast!  You can reserve your date with a $100 security deposit.

 

HOW ARE THE ITEMS CLEANED?
Bed linens are laundered after each use.  We use the #1 recommended detergent brand by dermatologists, allergists and pediatricians.  Hard surfaces and air mattresses are cleaned and disinfected.

 

WILL OUR GUESTS NEED TO BRING PILLOWS OR BLANKETS?
We provide decorative pillows however we do not provide sleeping pillows due to hygiene reasons. We will provide a throw blanket but if the weather is cold, we suggest providing additional blankets or sleeping bags.
